Monica Rodriguez-Farmers Insurance Agency in SAN JOSE, California, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $30.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- P&C LICENSE REQUIRED
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
