Sandra Cavoto Farmers Agency is seeking an experienced Farmers professional to join their successful team for the role of Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer/Customer Service Representative. Salary Range: $41600.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
• Manage and maintain a book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions to offer additional insurance solutions, such as auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance products.

• Must possess a current AZ Property & Casualty Producers License.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
• Highly organized with effective time management.
• Skilled in utilizing various tools and platforms, such as internet browsers, Google Drive, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.
• Must pass a background check.
