Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative/Producer - Primary Location

Sandra Cavoto Farmers Agency is an award-winning agency dedicated to delivering exceptional insurance solutions and financial planning services. We are seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our existing clients, focusing on maintaining and servicing our current book of business. While interacting with clients, you will be responsible for looking for sales opportunities within the household, ensuring that insureds receive multi-policy discounts and have all their policies bundled with our agency.

Salary Range: $41600.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
• Manage and maintain a book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions to offer additional insurance solutions.

• Must possess a current AZ Property & Casualty Producers License.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
• Highly organized with effective time management.
• Skilled in utilizing various tools and platforms, such as internet browsers, Google Drive, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.
• Must pass a background check.
