About the Job
Fisher Financial Services, Joanne Fisher Allstate Agencies is the largest Allstate Agency in Pasco County with three locations. We are looking to hire an experienced and licensed property and casualty sales agent with ambition and a passion for selling insurance. This is an in office position in our Wesley Chapel location. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Why our Agency? We are different! We do not require our sales team to place cold calls, instead, you will be taking inbound calls from current customers, interested new customers and working with your past customers to sell additional products. This greatly increases your close rate and commission potential. We pay commission from dollar one and there are no caps or limits.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What your day will look like:
- Show up on-time, with a desire to make the most of the day in professional office environment with a team ready to support your work.
- Take inbound calls from interested customers to gather information on their insurance needs.
- Work with carriers to determine best coverage and pricing for customer, present quotes and complete follow up work.
- Maintain activity notes, review calls and quotes with leadership, sharpen skills with online training.
- Assist with customer service on an as needed basis.
- Bind policies, create customer accounts and go home happy!
Requirements
What you offer:
- An active Property and Casualty license upon start date (20-44, 2-20, 4-40 all accepted).
- An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily.

- An ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities and to make the most of each opportunity.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. You should be able to compose your thoughts quickly, type quickly and have good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
