Location: Santa Monica, California
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 annually

Overview:
We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our diverse clinical team in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality psychological services to a diverse clientele. This position involves assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention to support individuals facing mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:

Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and standardized assessments.
- Diagnose mental health disorders based on established diagnostic criteria.

Therapeutic Interventions:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
- Engage with external agencies and community resources to facilitate support for clients.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all services provided align with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Professional Development:
- Stay current with advancements in psychology through continuous education and training.
- Participate in supervision and peer review to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.

Community Engagement:
- Contribute to community outreach and education initiatives aimed at reducing stigma around mental health and promoting awareness of available services.
- Provide workshops or training sessions on mental health topics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current and valid license to practice psychology in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
