Typically, a proficient agent manages around 8 transactions per year.

Our approach is unique. We equip our new agents with the leads, systems, strategies, tools, and mentorship necessary to target $150,000 in earnings within their first year, provided they are fully committed to their career development. We seek those willing to put in the required effort. Achieving mastery in real estate often demands a 10,000-hour investment, and many newcomers have unrealistic expectations of immediate success, influenced by glamorous TV shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset. If you hold these expectations, our environment may not be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $400,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
