Our main challenge is finding individuals who are willing to dedicate themselves to the hard work required to reach this level of success. Excelling in real estate demands an investment of about 10,000 hours. Many newcomers have unrealistic expectations, often shaped by shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset, thinking they will immediately deal with luxury properties. That’s not what we provide. If you’re seeking a shortcut to high-end real estate without building a solid foundation, our team may not be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $400,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
