Salary Range: $3500.00 - $4500.00 per month

Responsibilities

Client Reception: Greet clients in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional assistance.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments for clients and team members, optimizing office efficiency.

Document Handling: Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for clients, making sure all necessary information is up to date.

Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall office functions.

Licensing: Active Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License required.Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately document information and manage client records.Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team Player: Collaborative attitude, eager to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
