Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Lead Management: Actively manage and convert leads into sales opportunities through follow-ups and effective communication.
Policy Presentation: Clearly explain the details of various insurance products to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with appropriate recommendations.
Networking: Cultivate professional relationships with potential leads by participating in online forums and groups.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Georgia Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Background in insurance sales, preferably with experience in a similar role.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer Focused: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the use of CRM software and digital communication tools.
