Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting. Staying focused on making strategically targeted sales goals.
Policy Recommendations: Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients that highlight the benefits of our insurance products.
Negotiations: Work closely with clients to educate and create the policy that best fits their needs.
Client Retention: Cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction, loyalty leading to cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 insurance license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years previous experience in insurance sales, customer service,
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
Local Presence: Residing in or near West Palm Beach, Florida, or the willingness to relocate.
