Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle incoming and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional insurance products.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty license preferred
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related field desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
