Licensed Senior Project Manager Architect
We have a full-time opportunity with a regional Architectural Firm for a Licensed Senior Project Manager Architect in Greenville, SC, to lead projects through all phases of development.
Preferred Responsibilities:
- Utilize management experience to guide a team through all project phases.
- Initiate and lead internal plan reviews and secure design approvals.
- Research and evaluate building codes, select construction materials and building systems, and write specifications.
- Oversee construction contract administration activities, including site observations and field reports.
- Lead client meetings to establish project scope and budget, develop space programs, and guide projects through all design phases.
- Analyze contractor estimates and pricing, leading efforts to adjust project scope and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, along with licensing/registration and NCARB certification.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on leadership experience managing project teams, producing design and construction documents, and performing construction phase services.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office products.
- Preferred proficiency in Lumion software or other equivalent rendering software.
- Ability to support the firms growth initiatives.
