Position Overview:
The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) will provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, with expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of psychological disorders and emotional difficulties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to address common mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical doctors, to coordinate treatment plans and ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources, social services, and support networks.
- Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of clinical social work through continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW preferred).
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
Salary Range:
- $68,000 to $70,000 Per Year.
