We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Surrogacy Journey Case Manager to guide and support surrogates and intended parents through their surrogacy journey. What You'll Do
- Surrogacy Process Oversight: Manage all phases of the surrogacy process, from initial planning to postpartum care.
- Candidate Assessment: Create comprehensive profiles and evaluations for potential surrogacy candidates.
- Surrogacy Education: Provide clients with educational materials and insights into the surrogacy process.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary liaison among clients, legal experts, medical staff, and mental health professionals.
- Communication & Support: Address client concerns, guide them through emotional and logistical challenges, and provide ongoing support throughout the surrogacy journey.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and produce timely reports on surrogacy case progress.
- Team Collaboration: Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to collective goals.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all client records.
- Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to legal standards and ethical practices within the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background
- Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW).
Experience
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in social work, preferably in adult case management (excluding internships).
- Experience in surrogacy, adoption, or third-party reproduction is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with women and pregnancies.
