Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote - LPC, LMFT, LCSW - Delta-T Group Inc.

One of our clients is seeking licensed and certified mental health professionals to provide 100% fully remote services.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Conduct intake assessments with client & family members utilizing appropriate intake materials and continually assesses client needs, service availability and appropriateness.
* Create an individualized treatment/behavioral plan and oversee its implementation.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to identified client(s).
* Produce the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing.
* Use a variety of treatment modalities to increase behavioral/emotional stability and functioning.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2 years of relevant experience/ 2+ years of direct clinical practice after licensure
* Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g.: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
* Licensure/Certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
* Medicare credentialed.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification.
