As a Licensed Therapist at Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS), you will be part of a revolutionary breakthrough in mental healthcare! We have an integrated, early-intervention approach to mental healthcare that benefits patients, staff, and the facilities we work with. IPS is a Georgia-based healthcare organization that provides mental health services to local healthcare facilities, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and acute care centers. We also have an extensive outpatient program in Georgia and Florida. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the near term and opportunities for growth and leadership within the company.

We are a flexible company that offers a variety of work settings and schedules. We have clients needing services in multiple settings. 

• Acute Care: We cover multiple acute care locations in the Augusta area. Our therapists are fully integrated into the care team, providing mental health services for burn, trauma, and rehab patients in collaboration with the medical team.

• Outpatient: IPS provides comprehensive mental healthcare to people of all ages from our local office. Our dynamic team offers psychiatric and psychological treatment, addressing the needs of our community. In addition to our office-based services, we also provide mental health providers to medical practices as part of our commitment to meeting the needs of the community.

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with requisite state eligibility
• 2 years of experience as a therapist or counselor
