Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Mental Health Services

Qualifications and Experience

1. Educational and Professional Requirements:

   • Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
   • Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families (preferred).

3. Language Skills:

   • Bi-Lingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).

4. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

   • Proficiency in evidence-based best practices.
   • Strong understanding of trauma-informed therapy.
   • Expertise in client-centered treatment approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to children and families using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to support clients' holistic needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health.
• Utilize bilingual skills to provide effective therapy and support to Spanish-speaking clients.
