*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Comprehensive Care:* Conduct intake interviews, diagnostic assessments, and provide individual or group therapy to clients.
* *Detailed Records:* Maintain complete and detailed service records to ensure quality care and continuity for each client.
* *Ethical Practice:* Operate in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
* *Continuity of Care:* Ensure that each client receives seamless and consistent care throughout their treatment.
* *Problem-Solving:* Effectively define problems and issues, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, make quick evaluations, develop options, and implement interventions.
* *Client Focus:* Work with clients dealing with mental and behavioral health issues, providing compassionate and effective support.
*Required Qualifications*
The Therapist must possess a minimum of an advanced degree in Counseling or Social Work and hold a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC)
