Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) - Group Facilitation Opportunity - Solution Based Therapeutics

Company Overview: We are a leading adolescent mental health treatment center in Malibu, committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health issues. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Job Description: As a mental health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health issues.

Employment Type: Part-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $90-110 per 60 min group (including notes)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with addiction and mental health challenges.
• Lead group therapy sessions to address various aspects of addiction and recovery.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize the KIPU system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. (Training available).
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work towards recovery.
• Offer evidence-based interventions to promote personal growth and lasting recovery.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific experience in mental health treatment and a deep understanding of substance abuse issues.
• Familiarity and proficiency with the KIPU system.
