About the Job
Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Artesia, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Licensed Vocational Nurse
Per-Diem Day shift available: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
Per-Diem NOC shift available: 7:00 pm-7:00 am
Dayshift LVN rates: $28.00-$31.50 per hour; base pay rate based on experience
- OT past 8th hour
- DT past 12th hour
NOC LVN rates: $28.00-$31.50 per hour; base rate based on experience
- $2 NOC shift differential
- OT past 8th hour
- DT past 12th hour

- 10-bed NeuroRestorative facility located on Gridley Road
- In-patient residential setting sub-acute rehab
- Ability/option to move into fulltime positions if/when available
- Ability to pick up shifts at any other NeuroRestorative facility
- Ability to transfer to other NeuroRestorative facilities
- Low patient ratio
- On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury
- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physician orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
Qualifications:
- Current state LPN/LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
