• Must possess valid LVN license.
• Must comply with facility immunization requirements.
• Must submit to required drug test.
• Must submit to required fingerprinting.
• Must complete facility  training.

•  Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
•  Perform computer data entry. (Will be trained)
•  Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy & Directives & Agency Standards, Rules & Directives.
•  Administer nursing care within a set forth scope of practice.
•  Provide general nursing and direct care.
