Key Responsibilities
Assessing patient health and documenting their medical history
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and recording vital signs and symptoms
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and adjust patient care plans
Providing basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Ensuring the patients' comfort and safety at all times
Handling medical equipment and supplies safely and accurately
Following proper infection control protocols
Communicating effectively with patients and their families
Participating in the education and training of patients and their families
Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards
Utilizing electronic health record systems accurately
Adhering to all ethical and legal nursing standards
Participating in ongoing professional development and training
Required Qualifications
Completion of a state-approved vocational nursing program
Current and valid LVN license in the state of practice
CPR certification
Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism at all times
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the workday
