Hourly Range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Location: 21051 Warner Center Ln, STE 105 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (On-site.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday Scheduling Flexibility (FTE)
Potential Schedules: 8 am - 4 pm, 9 am - 5 pm, 10 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment strategies.
- Educate and support residents and families about treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
- Develop health care plans and assist in emergency nursing procedures.
- Perform routine nursing care to ensure safety and effectiveness in long-term and short-term residential care.
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- CPR certification required.
