Licensing Coordinator
Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2
12 months contract
Location: Woonsocket, RI - ONSITE
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
Position Summary
As a Coordinator III - Corporate Services the individual will be responsible to perform a wide-range of licensing functions, including but not limited to: renewals, document management and project support. This role will be instrumental to assist the team by providing the additional support to meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates.
Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
2. Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
3. Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
4. Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
5. Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
6. Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
7. Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
8. Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.
