Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management and data analysis.
• 1+ year of licensing and credentialing.
• Excellent analytical skills; experience building project plans, process documentation, reporting in Excel/Numbers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, relationship, communication, and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated initiative in collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance.
• Able to initiate, manage, learn, and perform work with limited instruction.
• Medical practice operations experience a plus.
The Licensing & Credentialing Project Manager is responsible for understanding strategic objectives, driving project plans, assessing and communicating risks and challenges, and managing multiple deliverables within the credentialing wheelhouse. This role includes significant elements of project management, risk identification, relationship management with a variety of individuals and entities, and multi-variable analysis.
Licensing & Credentialing Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Manages projects with many work streams and tracks to project plan and schedules while working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manages relationships with multiple vendors to deliver on key project deliverables
• Analyzes current project status and develops plans to achieve milestones and minimize risk
• Communicates regular status updates and escalates situations requiring team or leadership engagement to resolve
• Develops and fosters strong and collaborative cross functional relationships
• Other project requirements as needed
