Licensing Renewals Processor - Integrity Marketing Shared Services Center

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Renewal Processor to support our licensing team in the timely and accurate processing of license renewals across our subsidiaries. This role requires not only administrative accuracy but also strong interpersonal skills, as you will collaborate with various partner offices and third-party vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate license renewal processes to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to resolve licensing questions and updates.

• Engage with state offices and third-party vendors to identify process changes, correct documentation, and ensure smooth submissions.

• Distribute, collect, and validate documentation from partner offices to facilitate renewals.

• Maintain accurate records of licenses and contact information for each partner office.

• Update and refine Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) forms for recurring licensing tasks.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma required; College degree preferred.

• 3+ years of administrative experience; licensing or insurance experience a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a close team environment.

• Engage appropriate stakeholders in decision-making processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to shifting priorities.
