Job Description
Our client, located in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Licensing Specialist to join their team to assist with all front end processes of obtaining, maintaining, and renewing the licenses needed to operate their stores. You will learn to utilize their proprietary licensing software to access their database and to run reports on the future pipeline of tasks. You will be assigned a territory of stores, and will contract the local jurisdictions (by phone, email, or both) request and receive the necessary application documents for submittal of the renewal, complete the application and finally, process payment. You will work with other internal teams and are expected to communicate professionally, and respectfully. This role requires high attention to detail and organization due to the volume of tasks and the many moving parts to each licensing process. Additionally, you need to be results driven and comfortable with direct communication with state and local governments.

Skills and Requirements
2-4 years of corporate background in legal administration, business operations, contracting, or licensing work
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Great phone presence null
