Position Summary:
Complete Solar's Licensing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the business by expertly managing licensing compliance at state and local levels. This role involves collaborating with various departments to address licensing inquiries, maintaining and updating the Licensing Database, and preparing and submitting applications for local licenses and registrations. Additionally, the Licensing Specialist will oversee the timely renewal of all relevant licenses. Day-to-day tasks include Internet research of license requirements, communicating via phone and email, completing licensing forms and applications, and maintaining spreadsheet databases.
Essential Duties
- Complete licensing forms and applications
- Request and compile documents such as certificates of insurance, bonds, etc.
- Conduct research on licensing requirements in various jurisdictions throughout the country
- Communicate and coordinate with various corporate office departments as needed

- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365 products
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
