Life Insurance Agent - Lam Agency

This is a remote position where you will be selling life insurance virtually. We are seeking ambitious candidates with experience or no experience. We will train the right person. We're looking for someone who is wanting more for themselves than just a 9-5 as this is not a regular job. We're looking for someone who wants to work for themselves, but at the same time, receive support and help to make sure they are successful.

Role Overview:

As a remote life insurance sales professional, you'll have the opportunity to earn immediate income and build your own business by leveraging our proven lead-based model. Responsibilities:

• Utilize our turn-key system to quickly close life insurance applications.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline the sales & recruiting process and maximize efficiency through automation.
• Work independently to manage your schedule and prioritize income-producing activities.
• Collaborate with our team to continuously optimize strategies and drive results.

Qualifications:

• Able to Work in The United States.
• Open, Honest, Ethical & Productive Communication.
• Have a Positive Proactive Attitude.
• Basic Computer skills, Comfortable making Outbound Calls (No Cold Calling).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic remote environment.
• Previous experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a 1099, 100% commission-based position, with earning potential ranging from $75,000 up to $350,000.
