About the Job
We offer great opportunities for those interested in becoming a Life and Health Insurance agent while working from home. We are interested in speaking with licensed and unlicensed individuals. Our clients fill out a form requesting information and assistance regarding one of our products such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning, and more. You will call to set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with them, to help them apply for the coverage. We offer training to call, set, and run appointments virtually, utilizing various resources such as webinars, carrier product training, and our successful proven system. Customer service is at the heart of this industry. Whether you want to build an agency, focus on being a career producer, or if your experience is a better fit for our wholesale model. Qualifications:
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one
- Be comfortable communicating with prospective clients
- Stellar Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Be comfortable with a commission position
Responsibilities:
- Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
- Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with clients
- Schedule appointments
- Take/Submit online applications on the client's behalf
- Follow up with back office
- Explain policy cover to the client once the policy is approved
- Attend weekly virtual calls
