Position Overview: As a Life Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures through life insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and insurance needs. Conduct thorough assessments to understand their unique situations.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, universal life, and other related financial products.
Policy Recommendations: Based on the client's needs, financial situation, and future goals, recommend appropriate life insurance policies.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Client Education: Educate clients about the importance of life insurance and the options available.
Application Process: Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing service to clients, including policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
Professional Development: Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training, seminars, and industry research.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No experience in sales is needed, customer serviceĀ or financial services is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build rapport, and a customer-focused mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems is desirable.
Work Environment: Life Insurance Agents typically work in an office setting but most of our business is done over virtual platform. Flexibility in scheduling is often required to accommodate client availability.
Compensation: Compensation is commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
