SALES AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We will mentor you, coach you, and prep you for your role within our brokerage company. We have a qualified in house lead system; no need for cold calling or depending on friends and family.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LIFE INSURANCE BROKER
- Must be state licensed; if not currently licensed we will help you through that process
- Be willing to be trained in our system
- Preferred: A track record of success in financial services and similar sales industries
- Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week
- Daily In person client meetings
- Daily communication with managers to ensure success
- Quarterly business conference attendance paired with continuous training
INCOME
Average first year income for our new life insurance agents is 75-95k; however, there is no cap and some make well over 100k their first year.
