Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Sales and Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide expert guidance on life insurance options.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies based on their individual circumstances.
Policy Presentations: Present and explain life insurance policies to clients, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
New Business Development: Generate leads, develop relationships with potential clients, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing their changing insurance needs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to effectively serve clients and meet sales targets.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have a valid Life and Health Insurance License.
Experience: Prior experience in life insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
