Position Overview:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Pura, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and maximizing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled marketer to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives that foster brand loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Use lifecycle channels to develop and implement strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Analyze customer touchpoints and identify opportunities for improvement.
Segmentation and Targeting:
- Utilize customer data to create targeted segments for personalized communication.
- Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to address various customer segments
Marketing Campaigns: - Plan, execute, and optimize channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity.
- Assist the broader Lifecycle Team with project management; working with the Sr. Lifecycle Manager to prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely and successful execution.
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Data-Driven Decision Making: - Leverage analytics and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project managing campaign assets
- Experience creating and optimizing emails and automated workflows for a large DTC company (bonus points for experience with subscription companies)
- Proficiency using marketing automation tools (Braze experience is preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
