Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the customer lifecycle strategy of Peacock through CRM channels (email and push), with a strong focus on driving user retention and engagement, as well as winning back lapsed and churned users to the SVOD offering.
The Specialist will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs to encourage strategic changes in user behavior. The Specialist will aid in creating and testing insights-driven customer journeys to increase retention among key cohorts, with a focus on Peacock’s SVOD product offering. The individual will focus on continuous program improvement with an iterative and rigorous test and learn agenda across marketing channels.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Support the strategy related to marketing against key customer lifecycle moments to retain engaged and lapsing audiences
- Work with the CRM teams to test, and launch, optimize and scale performance across mobile and email channels
- Leverage customer insights to launch tests to influence retention-driving behaviors and motivate subscriber engagement through personalized customer marketing journeys throughout the stages of the lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify insights through data that can help inform strategies and campaign initiatives in order to influence user behavior
- Updating automated touchpoints within customer journeys monthly to feature timely and relevant content and offerings
- Collaborate with Data Analytics partners to gather relevant data in order to track performance and understand lift against KPIs
- Implement and test multiple offers throughout customer lifecycle
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer digital marketing
- Experience with CRM marketing
- Experience using data and interpreting trends to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns (BI tool experience a plus; Tableau, Looker, Power BI etc)
- Experience storytelling through data, navigating reporting, and knowing how to ask for improvements on raw data cuts to get to the most useful views
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using A/B testing to optimize and refine programs

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
