What you will be doing in this role:
- Organize & Shoot lifestyle product, machine, apparel, and casual photoshoots, both on and off-site
- Work closely with Marketing department to understand Photography expectations as well as edit and deliver assets for graphic creation
- Assist in other aspects of digital media for the company such as: gathering, shooting and uploading images to the website, QA of the website, etc.
- Shoot video thumbnails, social media content, and various other company requests.
- Perform other duties as necessary and required.
- Work collaboratively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
How you will thrive in this role:
- 2-5 years experience using Adobe Creative Suite – Specifically Photoshop with running actions, clipping paths, retouching, and exporting
- 2-5 year experience in professional photography & lighting with shooting both product and lifestyle/ action settings
- *Portfolio required
- Off-road photography experience is a plus
- Experience in lighting equipment and how to use it in various scenarios to obtain professional photos
- Experience in professional shot composition with various machines & subjects
- Solid foundation and active interest in the off-road industry
- Understanding of marketplace info graphics and what makes them effective
- Experience working with FTP sites and digital asset gathering and management is recommended
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Must be able to work scheduled shift hours
- Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability
Physical Demands:
Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes means of self-propulsion to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
