About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team and help prepare meals and food menu items for our customers. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to prepare high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and food storage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Handler's certification is a plus.
