Ha-Weeda Tavern is currently on the hunt for a Line Cook to join our team. We're looking for someone who's passionate about cooking and takes pride in their work. As our Line Cook, you'll be responsible for maintaining the kitchen to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation as per the NY Health guidelines. You'll also work alongside our Head Chef to ensure the food we serve is always top-notch, and help the front-of-house and back-of-house teams work together seamlessly. Additionally, you'll receive weekly deliveries of fresh food and beverages, provide support and leadership to your kitchen team during service, and keep track of our daily inventory of perishable items.

We're seeking an experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure. We value creativity and collaboration, so if you're someone who loves to experiment and come up with new ideas, you'll fit right in. As a full-service bar and billiards establishment, we're not your average bar - we're all about creating unique and delicious dishes that elevate the experience.
