Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Set up cook stations for the shift and stock up with the necessary prep supplies before and after high volume rush
- Cook items on the line in a timely and efficient manner and hits expected ticket times
- Improving speed through experience
- Understanding all food items in every section in the kitchen
- Working with a “Get stuff done” attitude
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, as referenced by the company in the handbook, while also complying with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work / stand for extended periods of time,
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Alexander's opened on the shores of Findley Lake in 2017, and has since grown into two restaurants and a catering company. Serving American style food, the only thing better than the view of the lake is the taste and the guests that come in!
