Responsibilities:

      •     Preparing and cooking menu items to high standards

      •     Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

      •     Assisting with menu embellishments and recipe development

      •     Managing orders and inventory

      •     Demonstrating a workable knowledge of food cost

      •     Rostering staff and coordinating schedules

      •     Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
