Job Title:Line Cook
Reports to:Assistant Kitchen Manager
FLSA Status:Non - Exempt
Job Scope:
- This position requires someone that has an eye for detail and that can work quickly at the same time
- This person will spend most of his/her time in hot environment plating up the food as the tickets come in
- The person responsible for this position will also be able to plan, organize and multi task in order to produce a quality product in a timely and efficient manner

- Two years of experience in a high volume restaurant as an expo or line-cook
- Ability to complete orders in a timely fashion and according to company standard
- Ability to use all kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time without a break
- Needs to possess leadership skills
- Being able to speak loudly and clearly in order to communicate with other team members
