At Flemings, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best in class seafood and innovative plant-based entrees which always impresses our guests! As a Line Cook you will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Flemings is a positive and fast paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
