Line Cook - Primary Location

At Orion Boat House, you'll have the chance to craft delicious culinary creations while enjoying the serene surroundings of Lake Orion. Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Culinary Preparation: Execute food preparation tasks according to recipes and quality standards.

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following food safety guidelines.

Food Presentation: Plate dishes attractively and ensure all meals meet presentation standards.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the culinary team for restocking needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Culinary Skills: Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and work well under pressure. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of proper food handling procedures and guidelines.

Available on weekends.

This position requires high volume experience on flat top and grill.
