Job Title: Line Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Follow production lists to prep food and keep stations fully stocked throughout the day.
- Communicate any production needs, ordering, or waste with the Chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
