Requirements: Proven experience as a line cook (2 years of fine dining experience preferred) or culinary graduate from a recognized program. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Passion for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.

All Line Cook roles are also eligible for our Restaurant Equity Program (a generous quarterly bonus!) and full-time Line Cooks are eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. In addition, we now offer shift differential pay of an additional $2 per hour for all hours worked past 4:30pm at least through the end of 2024! We believe that our comprehensive compensation package sets the standard for back-of-house employees in the Upper Valley.
