Line Cook - Lions Gate

Job Description

In this role, you will be preparing meals and following established recipes. This position cooks, cleans, assists other cooks and staff and delivers food in a fast-paced restaurant-style environment. This is a full-time position – works every other weekend.

· Completes a variety of food preparation tasks

· Sets up and stocks cookline with food, supplies and utensils prior to service

· Follows established portion sizes

· Follows POS system production screens

· Maintains clean as you go policy

· Executes cleaning assignments following department procedures

· Effectively communicate with front of house staff

· Must maintain and obey the dietary laws for maintaining a kosher environment in our community.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting

· ServSafe Certification (preferred)
