Line Cook - The Wicked Loon

Line Cooks $18-$25/hr ++

The Wicked Loon is looking for a Line Cook to join our team.

Nestled in the heart of Wolfeboro, America's Oldest Summer Resort, The Wicked Loon is a year-round upscale seafood restaurant located in a fully renovated building adjacent to the town docks on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. The restaurant features a brand-new kitchen, gorgeous views of the lake, and an incredible bar space. The Wicked Loon is in search of a Line Cook to join our growing regional hospitality group.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of recent Line Cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Formal culinary training preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests
• Experience in inventory control and cost management preferred
