Line Cooks - Gametime Lanes and Entertainment

Line Cooks: $17-$30 based on experience – Ages 18+

Position Overview: A Line Cook is responsible for preparing food to the exact chef's specifications and setting up stations for menu items. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation:

• Prepare ingredients for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

1. Station Management:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that the station is ready for service, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.

1. Cooking:

• Grill, sauté, bake, or fry foods according to recipes and customer orders.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.

1. Compliance and Safety:

• Follow all sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.

1. Quality Control:

• Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef about any issues and to receive feedback.
• Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure the customer's dining experience is excellent.

1. Flexibility:

• Be ready to assist with various tasks as needed in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Adapt to different roles within the kitchen as required.
