We have a great company is looking for qualified, highly motivated Line Technicians on 2nd shifts to join the team. Located in Holmes Co. is a local manufacturer that offers a complete line of residential, commercial, and industrial door systems that can be customized to help achieve nearly any application's needs or anesthetics.
Available Shifts:
2nd shift - 4:30pm-2:30am
Pay Rate:
Pay is based on skill level but starts at $26.63/hour
Work environment:
Brightly lit, clean, organized, and team oriented environment with room to grow within the company.
Job Description:
- Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.
- Manufacturing products and compents according to product specifications, drawing, BOM's work orders and/or run schedules.
- Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and standards.
- Adjust machine/equipment performance to meet product specifications and qaulity standards.
- Use of power and hand tools, cranes, and other material handing devices for manufacturing assistance.
- Must be comfortable standing for an 10 hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs periodically; 35 lbs regularly.
Requirements:
- 1-3 months assembly related experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure
- Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and lifting periodically up to 50 pounds
- Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds
- Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, and great dependability.
