LINEN SERVICE WORKER IB - Baptist Health Care

Under the direction of the Production Manager, Linen Services Supervisor or Linen Services Team Leader, the Linen Service Worker I (B) is responsible for the collecting, sorting, washing and drying of linens in preparation for further processing. Performs general linen functions which may include stocking linen carts, delivery of clean linen and collection of soiled linen. 

The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.

Team members are scheduled to work every other weekend. It is expected that you make your personal plans around your off week-end.

Ability to communicate and read English at a rudimentary level
